Stony Spheres Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Stony Spheres!
We will accept returns for a refund of the full purchase price, minus shipping, if the item is returned to us in original condition within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund. We do not refund shipping charges unless we made an error with your order.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 8 business days. If you have any further questions, e-mail us at stonyspheres@gmail.com.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
